Day 4 day

The fourth day of the tournament was another intense one, with many of the top contenders in the running for the title. There were some big upsets, and some very close matches.

In the first round of the day, number two seed Novak Djokovic was upset by Denis Istomin. Djokovic had been playing well leading up to the tournament, but Istomin was simply too strong for him on this day.

In the women’s singles, top seed Angelique Kerber was knocked out by Shelby Rogers. Kerber had been struggling with form in recent months, and Rogers took advantage of this to win in straight sets.

In the men’s doubles, the number one seeds Bob and Mike Bryan were knocked out by the team of Raven Klaasen and Rajeev Ram. This was a big upset, as the Bryan brothers are some of the most successful doubles players in history.

In the women’s doubles, the number one seeds Martina Hingis and Sania Mirza were also knocked out, by the team of Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka. This was another big upset, as Hingis and Mirza are considered to be some of the best doubles players in the world.

In the men’s singles, Roger Federer was eliminated by Alexander Zverev. This was a major upset, as Federer is one of the best players in history, and Zverev is considered to be one of the future stars of the sport.

In the women’s singles, Serena Williams was eliminated by Karolina Pliskova. This was another major upset, as Williams is the defending champion and one of the best players in the world.

In the final match of the day, Andy Murray defeated Milos Raonic to reach the semi-finals. This was a very close match, and Murray had to fight hard to win. He will now face Kei Nishikori in the semi-finals.
